Tamarand Realty was founded in early 2012 to acquire and maintain income producing real estate properties. Our investment philosophy is ruled by two principles: (1) we seek to maximize the long term cash-on-cash returns for our investors, while (2) “doing the right thing”. Doing the right thing to us means providing a reasonably-priced safe, comfortable and habitable home for tenants while doggedly seeking to achieve a high long-term return on equity for our partners. Although these tenets may seem diametrically opposed, our view is that our tenants are our customers, and treating them fairly will result in a mutually rewarding experience for residents and investors alike.
